Thomas Circle
1301 Thomas Circle is a luxury high rise apartment building located near the trendy U Street district. This total renovation resulted in a complete transformation. The design plan emphasized the concepts of “polished, timeless and relevant.” And that’s how we went to work. Dramatic and custom-designed glass mosaic inlay on the lobby floor, an artisan-fabricated iron stair rail and the clean-lined furnishings unified this renovation project and achieved all the client’s goals. The custom-designed chandelier of crystal prisms even won awards for “Outstanding Custom Lighting” and “Best in Category”.
