Linowes Design Associates developed a overall interior renovation for the PARQ At The Square, an existing high-rise apartment building in Wilmington Delaware located in Trolley Square.  The lobby design was modified to create a welcome space for new and existing tenants with medium wood tones, brick and beams on the vaulted ceiling.  The new location of the leasing center allows a direct access for both new and existing tenants.    A new updated mail room and self-serve package area were located directly adjacent to the lobby and in the rear a bike storage and dog spa were added.  The lower level serves as a multi-functional space with private seating “nooks”, conversational areas and multiple space that allow many tenants to enjoy private spaces within one large space.  The amenities also include a game room with upright pinball machines, a pool table and a shuffle board table.   The Wi-Fi area has a variety of areas for individual or group uses.  The finishes consist of both natural and white wood tones with accents of red brick and dark metal.   The color pallet is deep blues, mustard tones, creams and rustic orange.   The lower level also has a private yoga room, fitness center and a laundry area with commercial dryers, seating groups and T.V. entertainment areas.
