Fairway Village Clubhouse is situated within a quiet community located within 4 miles of Bethany Beach.  The soon to be removed Clubhouse offers a fitness center and direct access to the community pool.  The renovation of the main clubhouse will have vaulted ceilings with natural toned wood beams and decorative lighting.  The space provides a private entry area, large gathering table and an entertainment area with TV’s and a pool table.  The pallet is warm wood tones with accents of dark charcoal and gray.
