BECO Hallmark Building

Sterling, VA
2011

The client’s vision for The Hallmark Building was to create a multi-use space that offered the comforts of a residence with the function and practicality of an office. These so-called living rooms are outfitted with luxury furnishings and tactfully concealed business equipment that allow them to easily host an array of events, from dining occasions to informal business meetings, a versatility that has become a hallmark of The Hallmark Building.

(Above image, Main Area) This well-lit space features a banquet with a long gathering table that easily accommodates dinners and meetings alike. Rich, dark wood and a neutral palette of fabrics add warmth to the area, a design feature that consistently stands out throughout The Hallmark Building.

(Right image, lounge area) The soft, muted tones of The Hallmark Building lounge area creates a soothing environment for brainstorming and business gatherings. The wall-mounted television is ideal for videoconferencing sessions, and conceals a whiteboard. The nearby amenities bar keeps all the essentials within easy reach and the softly treated windows permit plenty of natural sunlight.
